Description
This Bank Account Resolution includes the following details:
- that the Organization wishes to establish a bank account
- the name of the bank the Organization wishes to open the account(s) with
- the specific Officers that are authorized to transact on behalf of the organization
- that the Resolution will remain in effect until written noticed of its revocation is received by the bank
